Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering customer focus and appropriate risk management practices to customers and/or internal partners.Understands the business problem, identifies complex issues and prepares and executes a planned approach for one or more line of business initiatives.Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives.
