This role focuses on CloudBlue, a HostPapa business that powers cloud commerce for many of the world’s largest service providers, including major Telcos, distributors, and MSPs. CloudBlue enables partners to monetize and manage cloud services and subscriptions at scale, combining the agility of a high-growth business with the backing of a global organization. As the Web Strategist , you will define and lead the evolution of CloudBlue’s digital presence, positioning the website as a full-funnel growth engine that drives acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will connect traffic, user experience, and performance into measurable business outcomes while delivering a high-impact brand experience for a global audience. What you’ll do Own and evolve the overall web strategy to drive lead generation, engagement, and growth Lead the redesign and re-architecture of the website to clearly communicate brand and solutions Drive acquisition through SEO, content strategy, and performance-focused digital initiatives Optimize continuously through A/B testing, CRO, and UX improvements Develop personalized digital experiences and content workflows aligned to user journeys Partner cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Growth, CRM, IT, and Legal teams Implement and scale SEO strategy including technical, on-page, and content Explore and deploy AI-driven solutions for content, personalization, and discovery Build and manage campaign landing pages and conversion funnels Monitor performance and translate insights into actionable improvements Oversee CMS, site performance, and technical health across devices Ensure quality standards including metadata, accessibility, and mobile usability Deliver localized, market-specific content strategies to drive international expansion Support other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needs About you 3–7+ years in web strategy, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles Proven track record improving website performance across traffic, engagement, and conversion Strong expertise in SEO including technical, on-page, and content strategy Experience with CRO, A/B testing, and UX best practices Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and heatmapping tools Experience building content strategies aligned to search intent and user journeys Strong understanding of how AI is shaping search and discovery Comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, content, and optimization workflows Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders at different levels Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Web Development, or related field preferred What we offer: Work from anywhere - this is a remote opportunity A competitive salary that values you and your unique skill sets Career advancement & professional development opportunities to help you reach your full potential Flexible work arrangements to support work/life balance About us: At HostPapa, we’ve been committed to providing a complete array of enterprise‑grade cloud services solutions to every business owner since 2006.
