Job Summary
Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced Yard Mule Driver to safely and efficiently move trailers throughout the yard. The ideal candidate will have previous yard mule experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a yard mule (spotter truck) to move trailers safely throughout the yard.
- Position trailers at loading and unloading docks.
- Inspect trailers and equipment before and after use.
- Communicate with warehouse personnel and dispatch to coordinate trailer movements.
- Maintain an organized and efficient yard.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately.
- Perform other yard and warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous Yard Mule/Spotter Truck experience required.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must have a clean 10-year background (no felonies or misdemeanors).
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (or as scheduled)
