About the Role:

The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of outdoor spaces in Deer Park, TX. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that landscapes are well-kept, safe, and inviting for all visitors. The Groundskeeper will be responsible for the upkeep of lawns, gardens, and other green areas, which includes planting, pruning, and mowing. Additionally, this role requires adherence to safety protocols while using equipment and tools necessary for landscaping tasks. Ultimately, the Groundskeeper contributes to creating a pleasant environment that enhances the overall experience of the community.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Basic mathematical skills to add and subtract two-digit numbers.
• Physical capability to perform tasks that require frequent bending and climbing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques.
• Certification in horticulture or a related field.

Responsibilities:
