Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff at various levels and coordinates care with other disciplines
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care planning and execution
- Monitor patient status, anticipate changes, and respond promptly to clinical needs
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and efficiently
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance with regulatory standards in the OR environment

Requirements
- Active RN license (California) and eligibility to practice in the state
- OR nursing experience preferred; knowledge of perioperative processes and patient pathways
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced OR setting with rigorous safety and quality standards
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to travel for assignment and work a 4x10-hour schedule
