The Field Service Technician II is a role responsible for advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) devices and infrastructure supporting the Memphis SmartWay system. How You'll Make an Impact

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on ITS systems
• Respond to and resolve trouble tickets within required timelines
• Diagnose and repair complex issues across multiple ITS devices
• Maintain and support systems including CCTV, DMS, HAR, detection systems, wireless communications, fiber optic networks, and network equipment
• Perform utility locating for fiber and power infrastructure
• Install, upgrade, modify, and replace ITS equipment as required
• Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot system faults
• Maintain accurate daily logs, labor tracking, and service records
• Receive and manage inventory and assist with material requests
• Support subcontractors and ensure work meets quality and specification standards
• Assist and guide junior technicians in field operations
