Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and families
• Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred, though all dedicated candidates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, diagnoses, and targeted therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to promote student success and participation
• Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate closely with other school professionals, parents, and caregivers to support each child’s individual goals
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
