Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years in a current Director or Regional title role, overseeing 8+ locations
  • Experience managing full-service casual dining concepts
  • Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
  • Excellent integrity and character
  • Proficient with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
  • Servant and hands-on leadership style
  • Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
