Job Description – VP of Operations Unified Home Solutions, Division We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP of Operations to lead our daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure long-term profitability. As the primary bridge between executive vision and frontline execution, you will oversee production of all field activities to ensure profitability and entry into new markets. Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day business activities of the insulation, garage door and replacement window businesses to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term growth strategies and actionable annual business plans aligned with the company’s mission. Financial Management: Ensure successful P&L performance by adhering to internal budgets and meeting and exceeding goals for profitability. Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor high-performing field staff and subcontractors. Conduct periodic performance appraisals and foster professional growth through coaching. Process Improvement: Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Look for new opportunities within our industry to generate new streams of income.
