Major Duties:

• Serves as a primary contact and advocate for the Talent Management System (TMS)
• Troubleshoots user issues with passwords, log in, change/reset passwords and unlocks accounts for TMS users; determines system and technical complications
• Coordinates, assists, and/or supports local Finger Lakes Health Care System training events
• Develops orientation schedules and with the primary coordinator of their orientation requirements
• Coordinates the recruitment, application process, funding, logistical support and monitoring of employees who are awarded a scholarship
• Acts as the timekeeper for multiple employees
• Assists with internal/external general requests for information and assistance; maintains and monitors multiple education Fund control Point
• Maintains department office environment and supplies
• Performs equipment inventory and ordering
• Provides and posts local training and educational opportunities
• Fund control point clerk
• Other duties as assigned

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
