Job Title: Data Migration & Supplier Sustainability Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for collecting, validating, and maintaining supplier and procurement data. The coordinator will manage sustainability questionnaire outreach and follow-up activities, and support the extraction, cleansing, and validation of purchasing and master data for migration from QAD to SAP S/4HANA.

• Distribute sustainability questionnaires to suppliers and track responses.
• Proactively follow up with suppliers to obtain completed questionnaires and supporting documentation.
• Maintain supplier sustainability records and status reports.
• Collect, organize, and validate purchasing, supplier, and master data from multiple sources.
• Extract purchasing order and master data from QAD and SAP systems.
• Support data mapping, cleansing, and validation activities for migration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Verify data accuracy and integrity between legacy and target systems.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based trackers, reports, and validation tools.
• Work independently to drive assigned tasks to completion and proactively communicate risks or issues.

• Experience with S/4 Hana.
• Advanced Excel knowledge, including creating Pivot Tables and conducting V Lookups.
• Experience with SAP R/3.
• Experience supporting data migration, master data management, procurement, or supply chain processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, filtering, and reporting.
• Experience extracting, validating, and reconciling large data sets.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, self-directed, and results-oriented mindset.

This position offers a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. After an initial 2-3 day in-person meeting with the team, the role is fully remote. Preference is given to candidates who are somewhat local.

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
