Aufgaben DEINE AUFGABEN: Leitung eines kleinen Teams Betreuung des kompletten CRM Setups mit Klaviyo, Shopify, Postkarten und WhatsApp Marketing. Erstellung und Optimierung von Newsletter-Kampagnen. Ausbau und Implementierung von Automatisierungen. Aufsetzen und Auswerten von A/B-Tests. Strategischer Ausbau des CRMs. Betreuung von Kunden als Account Manager Qualifikation QUALIFIKATION: Du solltest schon auf Agenturseite als Accountmanager, oder auf Kundenseite als CRM Lead gearbeitet haben.
