Carpenter - Temporary AssignmentBlack Bear Talent is seeking a Temporary Carpenter or Construction Helper to support renovation and construction activities through September. This position is ideal for someone with previous carpentry or construction experience who is comfortable performing physical labor and assisting skilled tradespeople on an active job site.ResponsibilitiesAssist carpenters and construction crews with renovation and construction activitiesPerform general labor tasks, including moving and organizing materialsLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentAssist with job site cleanup and maintaining an organized work areaProvide support with basic carpentry-related tasks as directedFollow instructions from site supervisors, and project leadsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environmentWork effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environmentPerform other physical duties and general labor tasks as assignedWork 8 to 10 hour shifts with overtime and weekends as requiredRequirementsPrevious construction or carpentry experience requiredAbility to perform physical labor, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materialsAbility to safely lift and carry construction materials and equipmentReliable transportation and consistent attendanceWillingness and availability to work overtime and weekends as requiredAbility to follow instructions and work safely on an active construction siteAbility to work effectively with a team and take direction from supervisorsMust be available for the duration of the temporary assignment through SeptemberAdditional InformationThis is a temporary assignment expected to run through September 2026.
