IT Business Analyst - Systems Integration

Salary: $104,000 - 145,600 per year Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture, solution architecture, and implementing enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in ETL workflows, database technologies, and data management platforms, including SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Extensive background in the software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including Windows and Linux operating systems, VMware and ESXi virtualization, Azure cloud services, and networking fundamentals such as VPNs and firewalls.
• Experience with application development using JavaScript, Java, C++, and Ruby on Rails, as well as scripting with Shell or PowerShell and version control with Git.
• Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting systems, including REST APIs, SOAP web services, microservices architecture, and application configuration management.
• Working knowledge of security-related protocols and practices such as DNS, DHCP, GPOs, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment, system hardening, and information security standards.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams while maintaining a service-focused mindset.

• Analyze business needs and convert them into detailed system design specifications for integration initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, systems engineering, and network operations, to shape end-to-end solution architectures.
• Lead the delivery of system integration efforts using technologies such as RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architectures.
• Assess current systems to identify gaps and recommend enhancements aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Support configuration management for enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and other core platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to integration points, load balancing, security protocols, and network configurations.
• Create and maintain documentation covering system architecture, integration workflows, and technical standards, while supporting compliance with cloud security, vulnerability management, and system hardening policies.
