Shipping Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 05:30pm )
- Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and Certificates of Compliance.
- Coordinate carrier pickups and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely delivery.
- Ensure shipments are properly packed, documented, tracked, and processed accurately.
- Communicate with Shipping, Customer Service, Accounting, and carriers to resolve shipment issues.
- Maintain organized records and a clean, safe shipping area.
Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Ability to prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and tracking information.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal departments.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced shipping/warehouse environment.
