Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Experience working in a publicly traded company or a highly regulated industry. Proven track record of driving organizational transformation through strategic cost management. Familiarity with advanced financial technologies and data analytics tools. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy to support business goals and growth initiatives. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide actionable insights to the executive team and board of directors. Manage financial risk by implementing robust controls, compliance measures, and audit processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
