Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide accounting operations across multiple business units and locations. Oversee the consolidated month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Direct consolidated financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP. Partner closely with executive leadership on financial strategy, accounting policies, and organizational initiatives. Mentor and develop Controllers and accounting leaders across the organization. Lead financial integration efforts related to acquisitions, including systems, reporting, controls, and accounting processes. Establish scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and best practices across multiple entities. Manage external audit activities and relationships. Drive ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements. Provide financial insights and analysis that support strategic business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience. Prior Controller experience within a multi-entity or multi-site organization. Strong background in consolidations, financial reporting, and internal controls. Experience leading accounting teams across multiple locations. Experience working in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-driven organizations. M&A integration experience, including financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration, is highly desirable. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
