What you will do as a Controller Accounting Leadership: As the Controller you will oversee month-end close within a manufacturing environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Manage cash flow and cash management activities Lead and develop a team of 4 (2 AR, 1 AP, 1 Staff Accountant) Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes in an inventory-driven business FP&A and Strategic Finance: Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes Provide variance analysis and business insights to leadership Partner cross-functionally to support operational and financial decision-making Identify and implement automation and process improvements within finance What we are seeking in a Controller: Current or recent Accounting Manager within a manufacturing environment Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting Exposure to inventory or cost accounting Interest in expanding into FP&A and business partnering Proven ability to lead or mentor staff Why work here as a Controller: Hybrid schedule with the flexibility to work from home two days per week after onboarding Strong employee tenure and a stable, team-oriented environment Clear opportunities for growth and advancement into broader finance leadership Global company offering exposure to international operations and collaboration Annual performance-based merit increases Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Company covers approximately 90% of medical premiums Benefits begin the first of the month following start date 401(k) with company match 3 weeks PTO and 11 paid holidays Engaged culture with regular employee events and strong team connectivity Compensation is $125,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
