Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to both long-term and short-term residents at our facility in Salida, CO. This position is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
- Develop and regularly update personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document any changes in residents' conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and family members.
- Provide support and guidance to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in the medical documentation system.
- Participate actively in care conferences to discuss resident progress and needs.

Qualifications- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
