Base pay range $84,000.00/yr - $114,000.00/yr Resource Innovations is seeking an Manager of Program Delivery to join our growing team in New England! The person in this role will lead strategy and decision-making for a portfolio of energy efficiency programs across the region. Having full accountability for program execution, this person will directly manage a team of Program Managers & Leads and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that we continually meet and exceed our clients' expectations. A proven track record of team management, project management, and client satisfaction are keys to success. This position will be highly visible within the organization and plays a critical role in our expansion in the Northeast region. Duties And Responsibilities Program Leadership Stakeholder Relationships Project Coordination Take initiative to proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on. Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively. Team Development Mentor and develop program team members, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, safety & accountability, and a healthy drive for productivity and professional growth. Other duties as assigned. Requirements BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects. 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting) 2+ years supervisory experience (can include management of direct reports, team goals, group delivery) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. The compensation range for this exempt position is $84,872 - $144,282. The stated range is based on a good faith estimate of the compensation range for the duties, responsibilities and skills / experience required for the position. Starting pay will be dependent on experience and internal equity. Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check.
