Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant has the responsibility as a Sales Professional to represent the company and produce bookings for our service centers and promote the Coleman Worldwide brand to create self-generated business. We provide many company leads to assist in generating business. The salesperson is tasked with increasing the revenues and the profits of the Service Center. We offer a paid training program, and our compensation package allows a motivated applicant to enhance their income possibilities. For the successful salesperson, the sky is the limit. Compensation range is competitive and varies based on qualifications and work experience. There is also an opportunity for commission-based compensation, and a motivated sales professional can make significantly more than their base salary.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Conduct physical surveys and customer analysis per appointment set
• Perform estimates and close business on all leads assigned
• Prospect for new customers; Follow up and attempt to close all pending customers
• Direct warehouse workflow for specific projects based on customer needs
• Work with AR and AP in developed workflow
• Maintain Customer data in proprietary software systems for logistics partners
• Develop account business to assure a continuing stream of business and revenue

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic computer software
• Interpersonal communication
• Verbal and written skills
• Multitasking
• Ability to operate an iPad, laptop and desktop computer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in the moving industry, real estate or outside sales experience is helpful, but not required. Will train the right individual
• High School diploma and or GED is required.
