We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Union, NJ call center. This is a full-time, in-office role with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after training, based on performance and business needs.
Requirements:- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems and data entry
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- At least 1-year prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
- Assist customers and provide timely, effective solutions
- Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Create positive customer experiences in every interaction
- Collaborate with a supportive team
