CSR Customer Service Representative (Print Tech XL)

The primary responsibility of the CSR is to efficiently complete their assigned tasks in the interest of serving the needs of Print Tech's XL customers and reaching the Company's sales and production goals and objectives. Role is considered 50% Customer Service/Inside Sales and 50% Facilitation. As an employee in the company, this individual may also be asked to assist in areas other than the Sales Support, and must always keep the best interests of the Company and its customers as a priority. This individual may also represent the company in various professional or social situations, and must always be an 'ambassador' of Print Tech XL.

The Customer Service Representative provides accurate quotes and data entry for all potential and existing work orders. Track jobs from creation through production and delivery in support of the sales staff. Provide customer service by calling active customers at least once per month.

This position reports directly to Ownership and indirectly to Sales Manager.

Secondary Functions:

• Data entry of job specifications to generate quotes and work orders
• Receive and send phone calls, emails & other correspondence
• Daily / weekly "Inside" Sales Activities (30 to 50 phone calls daily)
• Update customer information in Printers Plus and at a later point Salesforce
• Manage the Westfield customer orders during and after transition to Springfield
• Contact vendors for supplies and in outsourcing situations
• Manage Work In Process and other reports to maximize efficiency
• Small "house" account and customer maintenance
• Understanding of the organization's & vendor's strengths and limitations

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED and formal training in the field of Printing and graphics industries. Work experience may substitute for Diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or Inside Sales in a high-volume, deadline driven printing environment.
• Experience in other areas of printing, specifically digital print, is a plus.
• Ability to perform a full range of calculations and measurements
• Ability to read and understand all instructions/specifications on a print order
• Excellent eye for detail
• Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English.
• Ability to use standard office equipment, computer and email.
• Ability to read and interpret complex documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
