Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospects and customers to uncover insurance needs
• Quote and sell insurance products while identifying opportunities to better protect customers
• Work warm leads, inbound opportunities, and outbound follow-up
• Maintain 3+ hours of meaningful sales conversations each day
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
• Follow a proven sales process and actively participate in coaching
• Maintain strong lead follow-up and pipeline management
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
• Take ownership of your activity, results, and continued development

Requirements

• Has an active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
• One year of sales experience in a results-driven or goal-based sales environment
• Comfortable spending at least 3+ hours per day actively talking with prospects and customers by phone
• Coachable and willing to receive direct feedback, adjust your approach, and consistently follow a proven sales process
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment where your activity, sales results, and goals are measured and you are held accountable for them
• Has a proven sales mindset and a desire to succeed
• Is self-driven and doesn't need to be constantly pushed
• Is coachable and willing to implement feedback
• Is competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results
• Takes ownership of their performance
• Communicates confidently and connects well with people
• Is comfortable working the phones and consistently following up with leads
• Brings energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to the team
