You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with sales, account management, product and analytics on some of the world’s most known brands. Courage – We dare to think unconventionally. What You’ll Be Doing Delivery Accomplishing tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and priorities. Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring that all are performing & pacing optimally. Setting up campaigns to succeed from day 1. Analyzing complex datasets to make decisions to beat client goals. Troubleshooting campaign challenges. Implementing campaign optimizations within Demand Side Platforms. Working across multiple technology platforms including DSPs, internal BI, ad servers & attribution, brand safety, etc. Client reporting & optimization commentary; delivery & incremental forecasting. Project Management Staying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestones. Providing avails, pricing, and strategy recommendations for new campaigns. Partnering with the trading team to enhance internal tools & processes. Testing new trading products to drive future enhancements. Internal Collaboration Building relationships and working across differences to find solutions. Working with internal stakeholders and building relationships with sales & account management teams. Collaborating with commercial teams to deliver custom client solutions. Communication Clear communication to external partners/clients and internal stakeholders; flexing style to persuade others. Explaining strategy & optimizations to partners. Articulating how MiQ’s trading technology & expertise set us apart. Innovation Using curiosity to find new and better ways of working. Implementing solutions to unarticulated needs or market requirements. Using MiQ’s proprietary technology to create bespoke campaign setups & custom algorithms.
