Position Overview
This position provides a friendly greeting and arrival for patients checking in for visits, enters registration data (demographics, insurance, etc.), places reminder calls, performs scanning, and completes various clerical duties in support of the clinic.
Team Overview
The candidate will work alongside:
• Medical Assistants
• Clinicians
• Nurses
Key Responsibilities
• Provide a friendly greeting and arrive patients for their visits
• Enter registration data, including demographics and insurance information
• Place reminder calls to patients
• Perform scanning and various clerical duties
Ideal Candidate Background
Healthcare background preferred; bilingual in Spanish preferred; computer literate.
Required Skills / Attributes
• Computer literate
• Fast learner
• Medical records (MR) experience preferred
Preferred Skills / Attributes
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Bilingual in Spanish
Licensure / Certification
This position does not require a professional license or certification.
