Arcadia Creekside , a professionally managed apartment community in Chattanooga , is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our community remains safe, well-maintained, and resident-focused.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
Manage unit turns, preventative maintenance, and service requests with efficiency
Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance team members
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and safety standards
Coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and assist with maintenance budgeting
Maintain pool operations and chemical safety standards
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies

Required Certifications

EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
CPO Certified Pool Operator (Required)

What We're Looking For

3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
