Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Property Protection in Wilmington, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven team culture. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
