Third Party Manufacturing Account Manager

Manage manufacturing partnerships between AbbVie and third-party contract manufacturers or customers. Serve as primary liaison across supply chain, quality, regulatory, and business functions to ensure contract compliance, capacity planning, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and interface between AbbVie and third-party manufacturers or customers
• Negotiate new contracts and extensions with third parties while ensuring performance metrics align with strategic objectives
• Monitor contract fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and escalate issues to appropriate internal teams
• Assess third-party capacity against demand forecasts and identify opportunities for in-sourcing or consolidation
• Maintain contract databases, track key milestones, and support new product launches and manufacturing transfers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, operations, business, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years experience in manufacturing, program management, materials management, logistics, QA, or business development
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and project management
• Strong program management, presentation, and written/oral communication skills
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in manufacturing and contracting
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate across cross-functional teams
