JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Dance and Acro Teacher at Barron Dance, you'll bring our dynamic curriculum to life, teaching students a range of dance styles-think ballet, jazz, tap, or hip-hop-with skill and passion. Whether it's perfecting technique or working in our seasonal recitals, you'll guide kids and teens to step confidently into their potential. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Put safety first, keeping every dancer secure and supported-always
• Light up classes with a big smile, infectious energy, and animated flair-correcting moves with a positive beat
• Follow our tailored lesson plans to teach technique and hit curriculum goals, watching dancers leap to new heights
• Shape and refine skills, helping students master their craft with poise and power
• Lean on mentors and leaders to sharpen your teaching chops

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift up to 50 lbs with ease to support studio needs
• Rely on sharp vision and hearing to keep every child safe
• Navigate uneven and soft surfaces with steady steps
• Move dynamically-stretching, bending, and squatting-with a strong range of motion

Compensation: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
