Family Assistant

We’re hiring a Family Assistant based primarily in Rancho Santa Fe / San Diego, CA.

This role is ideal for a motivated, early-career professional with a few years of work experiance who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with creative and operational projects within a private estate setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Party planning, table settings, and decorating for major holidays and events

• Shopping, sourcing, and vendor coordination

• Running errands and purchasing household supplies

• Driving between properties and overseeing property check-ins

• Flower arrangements and home organization

• Light administrative and scheduling support 

We’re interested in candidates with experience or a strong interest in interior design, event or party décor, hospitality, table presentation or related creative fields.

While some responsibilities involve errands and household purchasing, those tasks can be learned easily. More important is having a strong eye for decorating, styling, and creating beautiful, welcoming setups — even if those projects are not part of the day-to-day routine.

Schedule is primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed. The individual must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours and be able to work evenings, weekends or on holidays as required. This is a full-time position with benefits.
