Job Description: - Location: 12141 Richmond Ave, 1st floor, Main Building - Unit Overview: - Number of Beds: Cardiac Cath Lab (3 procedure rooms) - Team Composition: 9 staff members including RNs and Cath Lab Techs - Day Shift Staffing: 1 supervisor, 3 RNs, 2 Cath Lab Techs - Night Shift: On-call staff (2 RNs and 1 Cath Lab Tech or 1 RN and 2 Cath Lab Techs) - Patient Ratios: 3 team members for each patient procedure - Equipment: Phillips and Siemens Floro equipment - EMR: MERGE Hemo - Cath Lab documentation system and Meditech Expanse - Typical Hiring Profile: - Essential Skills: - BLS - ACLS - Preferred Skills: - Electrophysiology experience - Typical Procedures: - Left and right heart caths - Pacemaker/ICD, Watchman - IR procedures - Vascular - EP Ablations (PFA) - Personality Fit: - Team player - Flexible - Required Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - Floating Areas: - Pre/Post Cath Department - Dress Code: - Scrub Color/Attire: Hospital provided - sky blue - Unit Guidelines/Policies: - Procedural guidelines including universal precautions, timeout procedures, and moderated sedation guidelines - Scheduling: - One full weekend plus 2 weekdays for a total of 10 shifts per four-week schedule Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
