ABA Program Manager

● Assist in developing personalized treatment plans for learners according to the PARClife Treatment Model, incorporating measurable goals.

● Assist in analysis of learner needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science, medical necessity, parental input, evaluations, and behavior assessments.

● Supervise implementation of goals based on learners' current skills, progress, and behaviors hindering learning or posing risks.

● Supervise implementation of skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans tailored to learners' core deficits and diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

● Assist in implementing parent training goals emphasizing ABA principles and practical application.

● Assist in using assessment tools to evaluate learner progress and meet funding requirements.

● Support ongoing case management tailored to individual learner needs.

● Supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure learner progress, assess intervention effectiveness, and update protocols.

● Support modification of goals and protocols based on learner response to interventions.

● Ensure learners are in the least restrictive learning environment possible.

● Support documentation of timely program modifications, progress updates, and insurance reports.

● Deliver direct ABA therapy and assist with learners' physical and personal care needs.

● Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and interns in ABA principles and techniques.

● Support assessment and ensure competency in therapeutic skills and learner engagement.

● Support the provision of parent education and support, addressing concerns with evidence-based information.

● Offer referrals, resources, and effective communication to support families.

● Coordinate and support regular parent training sessions and progress updates.

● Demonstrate fluency in Rethink Management Software.

● Align behaviors with PARClife’s mission, values, and ethical codes.

● Manage clinical schedule to optimize outcomes, including billable hour tracking and learner progress evaluation.

● Support leadership team by completing assigned tasks and requirements promptly.

● Reports directly to Program Director

● Additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

● Preferred RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA candidate certification and post-certification.

● At least two years’ experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with learners with autism experience strongly preferred.

● Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification

● Experience in video modeling, peer mediated intervention, and natural environment.
