About the Role: We are looking for an experience Technical Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and AI. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple searches simultaneously, and has a proven track record of attracting exceptional technical talent. The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated financial services environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, highly regulated business. What You Will Do Own full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Data, Security, and AI. Manage multiple technical searches simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. Partner with engineering and product leaders on hiring strategy, interview design, and market insights. Source passive talent across Europe, Africa, North America, and other global markets. Build long-term pipelines for critical technical roles. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions. Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline reporting. Continuously improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency. Who You Are: 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a technology or fintech company. Proven success hiring software engineers and technical leaders. Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms. Experience managing high-volume recruitment while maintaining hiring quality. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organized and comfortable working in a rapidly scaling company Nice To Have Previous experience with a talent agency.
