Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the dealership.
Understand customer needs through active listening and insightful questions.
Guide customers through our inventory, highlighting features and benefits.
Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle options clearly.
Negotiate pricing and complete sales contracts accurately.
Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about new models, features, and financing options.

Requirements

Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not required).
A genuine passion for cars and helping people find the perfect vehicle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
