Kelly Services is hiring for Accounts Payable Clerks in Gilmer, TX! Pay: $20+/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Essential Duties & Responsibilities Mailing of invoices and statements Separating daily system reports Deduction tracking Freight reconciliation (inbound) Filing for inside sales and accounting departments Switchboard and phone relief Assisting A/R with claimbacks & billboards Separating and mailing checks for AP Performing month-end reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts Typing procedure manuals Ensuring adherence to all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policies Conducting in-house ISO audit functions Supporting the Self-Managed Performance (SMP) program through self-motivation and participation Identifying, documenting, segregating, evaluating, and managing non-conforming products, services, and systems Ensuring all department processes and procedures are documented, and relevant staff are trained and cross-trained as necessary Other Functions Sorting mail and manual invoices Maintaining change of address/locations and offsite storage Performing cross-training in other work centers as needed Handling other duties and assignments as required for the business As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
