As the Account Coordinator, Direct Response you assist the Account Executive across Fox News Media in developing presentations for clients whenever necessary, developing proposals, and working directly with the Ad Operations team.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop proposals as requested and make all necessary revisions throughout the ad campaignMaintain paid programming allocationsIf options are exercised, make all necessary adjustments to the planSend daily and weekly pre and post logsRemain knowledgeable of the buying history of each clientEnsure schedules and plans are booked and ordered for each clientEnsure all program restrictions are adhered to when building plansBe the lead on product allocations for specific clientsCheck preemptions daily for all clients and ensure all inventory is accounted for and approved by clientsImplement all order revisions to accommodate client requests (ie: time splits, moves, day-locking, etc.) efficientlyAnalyze discrepancies and make any necessary invoice adjustmentsWork directly with ad operations to ensure we have proper instructions and tape so all units run correctlyWHAT YOU WILL NEEDPrior work or intern experience in media and/or related customer serviceExperience with Excel and PowerPointA keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflowAbility to clearly communicate, act with a sense of urgency and meet deadlinesHighly organized with excellent attention to detailA collaborative team player who works well across teamsProactive problem-solver who takes the initiative to address client needsSkilled at balancing competing clients and workflow demands to maintain accuracyAdaptable and resilient, able to manage a fast-paced environment and changing priorities with composure.Strong Attention to detailKnowledge of current eventsNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKERBachelor’s degreePast internship experience in the media, agency, or network space is a plusWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
