Automotive Sales Consultant

CAPITAL Hyundai of Greensboro keeps growing and growing, and we need to expand our sales team once more! We are searching for adriven, people-oriented Automotive Sales Consultant who knows how to create great customer experiences and close deals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, a little friendly competition among peers, and has a desire to grow with a successful dealership brand. As an Automotive Sales Consultant with CAPITAL, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while representing our main tenets of professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise. Automotive Sales Consultant Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO 401(K) Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership. Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills. Other duties assigned. Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements: Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions. Valid driver's license. Must pass pre-employment background screenings. Why Capital?
