Overview Public Accounting Recruiter | Tax & Audit | DC, Maryland & Virginia. This mid-sized firm is looking for a Tax Partner to step into a leadership role that combines client advisory, compliance oversight, and team direction. You’ll be running a multimillion-dollar book, signing off on high-level returns, and driving the department forward. This isn’t just about managing tax work, it’s about shaping the team, strengthening client relationships, and playing a role in the firm’s growth.
