Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous experience in school-based therapy preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Compassion and adaptability when working with diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized measures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ educational goals
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and student progress
• Support generalization of communication skills within the school environment
