Starting Pay: $18.00–$19.50/hour plus monthly leasing commissions and quarterly renewal bonuses. Your actual starting pay will be based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Assessment Requirement: As part of our hiring process, all applicants are required to complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment after submitting their application. Completion of the assessment is required to be considered for this position. Candidates who do not complete the assessment will not move forward in the hiring process. This position is also eligible for: Competitive PTO: starts at 3 weeks! 10 paid holidays, plus your birthday and a Diversity Day Paid Caregiver & Paid Parental Leave 20% discount on Centerspace rent, parking, and storage 32 hours of paid Volunteer Time Off Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits – 1st of Month Following Start Date Centerspace Stock Purchase Plan 401(k) match up to 5% per paycheck What You Will Do Welcoming prospective residents and providing personalized community tours Managing leads and guiding prospects through the leasing process Achieving leasing goals while delivering exceptional customer experience Assisting new residents from application through move-in day Building lasting relationships that encourage lease renewals and resident satisfaction Planning and supporting resident events and community engagement activities Creating marketing content, supporting social media, and participating in local outreach efforts Monitoring competitor pricing and market trends Communicating with residents through phone, email, text, and resident portals Maintaining accurate leasing records and office documentation Collaborating with maintenance, management, and support teams to deliver outstanding services Assisting with daily office operations This role is approximately: 40% Sales and Marketing, 40% Customer Service, 20% Administrative Support What Makes YOU a Great Fit Have outstanding customer service and communication skills Enjoy sales and building relationships Are organized and able to manage multiple priorities Thrive working independently while collaborating with a team Have strong attention to detail Bring positive energy and professionalism every day Are committed to Fair Housing practices and creating an inclusive experience for every resident Education & Experience Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some local travel may be required. Preferred: Previous sales, leasing, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience. Experience with property management software. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
