Our Clear Lake office ishiringProduction Assistants to support daily production operations from an office-based environment. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing processes, communicating with multiple teams, and following tasks through from beginning to end.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily production operations and administrative processes
• Monitor and track production-related information and activities
• Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and data
• Communicate with production teams, office personnel, and other departments
• Follow established processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Identify issues or discrepancies and take initiative to help resolve them
• Coordinate information between the office and production floor as needed
• Take ownership of assigned processes from start to finish
• Assist with general production office duties and other tasks as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Previous production, manufacturing, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Ability to identify problems and take initiative to address them
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• SAP experience preferred
• Must be comfortable occasionally entering the production facility when needed

Work Environment:
This is primarily an office-based position, with the majority of the workday spent in an office environment. The employee may occasionally need to enter the facility or go to the shipping office to communicate with production personnel or handle work-related tasks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday |Day Shift 6:00AM-2:30PM
Pay: $18.00/hr. Paid weekly!
