Location: New York, NY (Onsite) at 1345 6th Ave Ste 2200, New York, NY 10105 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $50,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 1 technical support with exposure to Tier 2 troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and application issues.
- Deliver technical support to end users via phone, email, and in person.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktop/laptop computers, software, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, internet connectivity, and local network access issues.
- Coordinate hardware repairs and perform minor desktop/laptop maintenance.
- Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests through the ticketing system.
- Assist with developing end-user documentation and FAQ resources.
- Support IT initiatives, system deployments, and other technology projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of Help Desk or Desktop Support experience (internship experience will be considered).
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Experience working in a high-volume ticketing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving desktop/laptop hardware, software, networking, and peripherals.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
- Experience with Active Directory is a plus.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred but not required.
