Intake Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls from prospective clients in a professional and empathetic manner
• Gather key information and assess potential new cases
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective clients
• Guide clients through the intake and sign-up process
• Accurately enter and maintain client information within the case management system
• Document all communications and required case details
• Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients
• Meet intake and follow-up goals while providing exceptional client service

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and follow-up communications
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Previous intake, customer service, call center, sales, or legal experience is a plus but not required
