Dialer Operations Analyst - Collections (Entry Level)

SWBC is seeking an entry-level Collections Dialer Administrator to monitor the daily activity of the collections call center’s assisted manual dialer (AMD) and related systems in San Antonio, TX. You will review basic production statistics, generate reports, and alert management to production concerns while supporting real-time efficiency improvements.
