You’re a great fit if you:* Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.* Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn.* Are comfortable working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.* Value safety, organization, and continuous improvement. **What You’ll Do*** **Join and Fabricate**: Interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.* **Prepare and Set Up**: Position, align, fit and weld parts to form complete units or subunits, following blueprints and layout specifications using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools* **Lift and Position Materials**: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.* **Ensure Quality:** Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.* **Contribute to Improvement**: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.* **Maintain and Organize:** Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
