You will fuse or weld metal components for electrical poles, substations, and other structures, following blueprints and written specs while maintaining safe, efficient operation of welding equipment. Requires two years of welding experience, ability to pass hands-on tests and weld certifications (AWS/CWB or equivalent), and a strong safety mindset.
