Associate Attorney - Litigation

A well-established Montgomery County law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join its Litigation practice. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on a broad range of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and related transactional matters in a collaborative and professional environment. Responsibilities Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Manage matters involving commercial disputes and real estate-related issues. Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Communicate effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and colleagues. Work closely with a team of attorneys to provide high-quality legal representation and client service. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania law license in good standing. 4–6 years of litigation experience. Experience with commercial litigation and real estate law/litigation preferred, or a strong interest in developing expertise in real estate matters. Knowledge of Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
