Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Management Analyst to join the Enterprise Data Simplification and Management team. This role will support analysis to develop a Customer ADS Strategy and use the information gathered to draft and submit a compelling business case for future funding. The ideal candidate will bring deep data management and governance expertise, strong strategic and analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex enterprise while driving disciplined, measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support data analysis efforts contributing to Customer ADS strategy development.
• Gather and analyze data to support enterprise data initiatives and decision-making.
• Assist in the development of business cases for strategic data investments.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units and leadership teams.
• Assess data management risks, governance practices, and enterprise data processes.
• Communicate findings and insights in clear, concise, and business-friendly terms to executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to documentation and reporting related to data management and governance.
• Support the execution of enterprise data simplification and transformation initiatives.
• Translate complex data concepts into actionable business recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data risks, and enterprise data management principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience supporting data strategy or customer analytics initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management experience.
• Experience contributing to business cases or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into insights.
