$17/hr Job Responsibilities:
- High volume calls and email correspondence
- Quickly respond to an array of customer inquiries with a focus on exceeding established service goals and ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, chat, and email platforms
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to handle custom client requests
- Managing projects through completion
- Problem solve and use critical thinking while working with others on a daily basis
- Required previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience
- The ability to think critically, analytically, problem solve, and work in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- An associate degree (preferred)
- This may not include all the requirements of the job
